a clerk in the back office 100% (f/m)

These main tasks await you:
  • Payroll administration / payroll processing
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Dunning / reconciliation accounts receivable
  • Assistance with the annual financial statements
  • Settlements with social insurances such as BVG, QSt offices etc.
  • Lively telephone and written contact with customers, authorities/offices and social insurances
  • Written and electronic data maintenance of employee and customer data
  • General administrative tasks


What you bring with you:
  • Completed basic commercial training and several years of professional experience in accounting / payroll processing / payroll administration
  • Preferably further training in accounting or in social security administration
  • An independent and correct way of working is a matter of course for you
  • You love the constant contact with people from different cultures
  • You are a communicative, resilient, friendly and self-confident personality
  • You do not shy away from hectic situations and maintain your composure and stamina even in difficult situations.
