myTrust AG is a young, dynamic company based in Zurich, which specializes in the provision of all types of fiduciary services, in particular services in the area of administration and management of financial and payroll accounting.

We are offering for summer 2022 as a

Apprenticeship office assistant EBA (service and administration)

 

Your training:
  • Insight into the daily work in the administration of a classic SME in a typical hub function.
  • Direct customer contact on the phone and at reception
  • Regular variety of your tasks, so you get to know all the different fields of activity
  • Self-responsibility for selected tasks

 

Our requirements:
  • Completed elementary school top or middle school level with good performance or 10th school year.
  • Completed Multicheck for businesspeople
  • Keyboard writing (skill must be acquired before the start of the apprenticeship)
  • Oral and written fluency
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
  • Affinity for IT is an advantage
  • Flair for numbers
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Reliability and sociability
  • Sense of responsibility and independence
  • Enjoyment of computer work
  • Well-groomed appearance
